About Angela
I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey and provide individual therapy to clients as well as supervision to other therapists. I earned a Master's of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. I also hold a Bachelor's of Art in Psychology and Visual Arts from Rutgers University in New Jersey. I have worked in the mental health field with children, adolescents, and adults in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. I have experience working specifically with the LGBTQIA+ and VFR communities. I have training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Trauma-informed care. Drawing on my background in visual arts, I also offer trauma informed art therapy as a creative and effective way to help clients process emotions and experiences in a safe, expressive environment. Getting started can be the hardest part of therapy, and I'm here to support you through the process whenever you're ready.
