About Bayron
Bayron Ovalle is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey, who earned his Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University. As a first-generation immigrant, he brings both personal and professional insight into how culture, marginalized identities, and lived experiences shape emotional well-being. He is committed to increasing access to therapy, providing therapy in both English and Spanish, and creating a collaborative and responsive therapy space. He has particular experience working with teens and adults, navigating a wide range of concerns from anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development, to broader existential questions related to meaning and purpose. His approach focuses on depathologizing therapy to help you slow down, make sense of experiences, explore underlying patterns, and identify practical steps towards change. His integrative approach is strongly rooted in person-centered and relational therapies, providing a safe and authentic space to explore a healthier, more aligned version of yourself without shame or judgment. Drawing techniques and interventions from multiple modalities, such as CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, he works to identify the best way to meet each client's unique needs and strengths.
