Throughout Brittany's educational and clinical experiences, she has built an understanding of the importance of actively listening to her clients and making sure they feel heard. She also understands the importance of providing a safe and supportive environment each time her clients arrive for a session. Brittany strives to prioritize building rapport and trust within the therapeutic relationship by showing empathy for her clients. She will help her clients build self-awareness and identify areas to work towards so the clients can make the changes they wish to see.
