About Chana
My Name is Chana (Hana) I am a LSW. While finishing my masters, I completed my field placement at a women's seminar program. There, I saw clients between the ages of 18–20. In this role,I focused on helping young women build resilience, strengthen peer and family relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies for stress, adjustment, and identity formation. My therapeutic interests include trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. I would love to specialize in trauma, with the internal Family Systems approach. I am particularly passionate about empowering women through strengths-based practice, developing self-awareness, and creating safe spaces for growth and healing. With experience in group facilitation, crisis support, and identity-focused work, I am committed to developing a practice that is collaborative, culturally responsive, and attuned to the unique needs of young adults.
