About Julia
I am a master's-level therapist with a background in Rehabilitation Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I'm passionate about supporting individuals through challenges related to mental health and addictions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and LGBTQ+ experiences. I believe that therapy is for anyone, at any point in life, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you manage symptoms, gain deeper self-understanding, and work toward the life you want to live. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness practices. Together, we'll focus on building insight, resilience, and confidence as you navigate life's challenges and move toward meaningful growth.
