About Rebecca
Rebecca Gady-Ryan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. Rebecca earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and has worked in various clinical roles with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, challenges with emotional regulation, grief, trauma, relationship issues, stress, health challenges, and difficult life transitions. Rebecca is known for her down-to-earth nature and for providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space where new insights and perspectives can emerge. Rebecca helps her clients quiet the inner critic, challenge false beliefs, and build healthy coping skills so they can face life's challenges with more clarity and confidence. Rebecca's therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused, person-centered, and strengths-based therapies, ensuring individualized care for each client. Rebecca is a mom of two teens and understands the joys and challenges of parenting! Additionally, Rebecca is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and brings a holistic approach to mental health & overall wellness.
