About Sarah
Sarah DeSantis is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Master's in Social Work from Stockton University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient, residential, and community-based settings, with a focus on anxiety, depression, anger, stress, and crisis intervention. Sarah takes a compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based techniques, and anger management approaches to help clients build coping skills and emotional resilience. She believes therapy provides a supportive space for individuals to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills and create meaningful and lasting change.
