About Taylor
Hi there! My name is Taylor Zazulka. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stockton University and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. I understand that life can be overwhelming a times, and reaching out for support is often one of the most courageous steps a person can take. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and difficulties related to stress, relationships and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care to help clients develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe therapy is more than just a place to talk, it is a space for healing, growth, self-discovery and empowerment. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, processing past experiences, navigating life changes, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide support, insight and practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their challenges and working toward the life they want to build. Together, we can identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful progress toward your personal goals and overall well-being.
