About Tiiera
Tiiera is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a graduate of Rutgers University, where she earned her degree alongside a specialized Certification in Interpersonal Violence and Trauma. Her background is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a safe space to process their history and reclaim their future. Her passion and specialty lie in helping individuals navigate the complexities of life transitions, from the shifting roles within family dynamics to the overwhelming weight of overall anxiety. Tiiera understands that change, whether expected or sudden, often brings up old patterns, and she works collaboratively with her clients to manage these shifts with resilience and grace. By addressing the root causes of distress, she helps individuals decrease feelings of anxiety and hyper vigilance, allowing them to move through life with a greater sense of calm and control. As a Licensed Social Worker, Tiiera's approach is deeply trauma-informed, ensuring that those who have experienced interpersonal violence receive the specialized care and advocacy they need. She believes that while our pasts and family histories shape us, they do not have to limit us. Her goal is to help clients bridge the gap between surviving and thriving, providing the tools necessary for lasting emotional wellness and healthy connections.
